Luna Iwazaki
SUMMARY
I have taken a number of science/math classes, such as chemistry, AP Biology, AP Art, AP Computer Science, and AP Calculus. I do have experience working with lab equipment as well (e.g. PCRs and gel electrophoresis).
I am a very detailed-oriented person who always tries my best to finish my work assignments in a timely and efficient manner. I enjoy coordinating and organizing . and help my teacher plan events. Moreover, through my experience of volunteering and participating in student body activities, I have developed excellent team working and communication skills.
I am very comfortable with using computer software tools for various tasks, such as writing documents, organizing and analyzing data, and designing graphics.
PROJECTS
Codemaxxers is a web-based RPG game we made for Del Norte Highschool's APCSP, APCSA, and CSSE classes. Our goal was to make an interactive way that current and future classes could learn while having fun. We have a single-player mode that emphasizes our Pokemon inspired fight. Our multiplayer mode is meant for friends to prove who is the better coder.
What I Learned:
Making a 2d bit game, making multiplayer games
Worked with the Tiled program and got familiar with different 2D mapping programs
Worked on creating assets for the game and UI
Used Judge0 API to make the JAVA web compiler
Working with large groups and using Aglie Methodology
This is a card game application that allows users to play against each other on the same device. The cards are randomly sorted using any sort. Users can also see a visualized fibonacci sequence.

Athlete Appetite is a website for busy athletes to quickly determine what nutritious meal they should make next. Considering the individual's desired cuisine, personal diet, and time available to make food, we provide personalized recommendations to satisfy their hunger.

Doing more frontend at the begining of the year
More animations to make the UI more attractive
Saving comments onto the page including: image, username, comment
This is a dressup game application that allows users to dress up characters, share their characters, and save their progress. The game includes an interactive story feature and was developed using CSS, JavaScript, Markdown (MD), and various images. All the assets used in the game were created by me.
What I Learned:
